Our heatmap module helps you analyze your customers’ behavior within the store in detail. The heatmaps visualize customer flows and identify bottlenecks as well as popular areas (“hot spots”), allowing you to make strategic decisions to improve customer flow. The installation and use of the software are user-friendly and require only a Linux-based environment. The system easily integrates with existing security cameras and provides valuable insights to optimize the shopping experience and increase revenue.
How it works
Our heatmap system uses security cameras to capture the movement patterns of your customers in the store. This information is visualized on a user-friendly dashboard as a heatmap, allowing you to see exactly where customers spend the most time and where potential bottlenecks arise. The data can be used to strategically place checkouts and products, reduce wait times, and enhance the overall shopping experience. The system can be easily installed in a Linux-based environment, utilizing Docker technology and NVIDIA hardware for processing. Once the installation is complete, the system can be configured and managed via a web frontend.

- Docker Engine (20.10.x or newer)
- Docker Compose (1.28.0 or newer)
- Nvidia Container Toolkit (1.5.0 or newer)

- GPU: Nvidia RTX4000 or RTXA4000 (suitable for 4 streams)
