The IKARA CargoMonitor shows you the loading of trucks and freight vehicles in real-time. Using artificial intelligence, the cargo is analyzed and documented during loading and unloading. In a dashboard, you can track the condition of individual pallets, their contents, as well as the loading and unloading locations at any time. Using 3D measurement, the loading of the vehicle can be measured and optimized.

How it works
Each truck is equipped with a mini-PC that includes a stereo camera, GPS, and an LTE module. With each load change, the stereo camera captures images of the cargo and sends them to the IKARA system for further processing.
The IKARA system uses deep learning technologies to segment the cargo in the images and recognize its shape. Despite the advanced technology, the cost per truck is less than €500, providing an affordable solution for precise load monitoring.
